This comprehensive course is intended for anyone wanting to learn more about meditation, current certified yoga teachers, and those that are just beginning their practice. In this course you will learn to train the mind on concentration and focus on the present moment.

  • Learn how to develop your own meditation and breathing practices, and what it means to self-lead. Receive a brief overview of the 8-Limb yoga philosophy.

  • Explore different breathing techniques to apply to yourself and others, as well as the why’s behind them. Gain better understanding of the science behind meditation.

  • Certified yoga teachers will be given the tools to add meditation into your classes and hone your abilities to create and hold space in all realms of your life.
