RETREATS
The U Institute believes that “Retreating” is a way of taking time out for U and assessing your current life decisions. Our modern day lifestyle is hectic and stressful and limited in the time and space we need to stay connected to ourselves. Technology may make life easier but it disrupts the natural rhythm of our bodies and plays a large role in our stress. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of life and dedicating time to ourselves allows us rest, reflect, restore our priorities and get back to a life of choice.
