Step into your next level. The U Institute’s 200-Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training is a transformational experience designed to deepen your practice, expand your knowledge, and develop you into a confident, impactful teacher.
Through immersive training, hands-on learning, and personal development work, you’ll learn The U Institute’s BYOB Power Yoga sequence, anatomy, teaching methodology, and the business of yoga—while building the discipline, leadership, and self-awareness to create real change in your life and others’.
Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to register as a RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance.
