This advanced training builds on your foundation with deeper study of sequencing, the 8 Limbs of Yoga, anatomy, and teaching methodology—while challenging you to develop your own voice, perspective, and presence as a teacher.
You’ll leave with greater clarity, confidence, and the tools to lead at a higher level.
Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to register as a RYT-300 through Yoga Alliance.
